Trailer booking software lets a trailer or equipment rental company take reservations online. Customers search by trailer type and dates, see real-time availability and prices, add extras and delivery, then book or pay — while staff manage fleet, bookings and routes from a dashboard. We build it into a complete WordPress website on the Trailer Rental Management plugin.
Most sites launch in 5–7 days, depending on fleet size and how much content is ready at kickoff.
Starter is $750 for up to 15 trailers with an inquiry-mode booking wizard. Growth is $1,500 for unlimited trailers, online payment and multiple delivery zones. Multi-location fleets and custom integrations are quoted individually.

Yes, on the Growth and Custom packages. Customers pay online at checkout through WooCommerce. On Starter, customers submit a booking request that your team confirms manually.
Starter covers up to 15 trailers, one service area and an inquiry-mode booking wizard where your team confirms each request. Growth adds unlimited trailers, online payment at checkout, multiple delivery zones and 60 days of support instead of 30.
